Ms. Carol Anne Joseph is the founder and Managing Director of CAnneJ Training and Consultancy Ltd, an organization that provides Training and Development in addition to HR Consultancy services. An expert in the field of Human Resources and Leadership Training, she currently works with several organizations as an HR Consultant to assist them in developing and streamlining policies and procedures for recruitment, employee engagement and performance management.

Ms. Joseph, who graduated from Anglia Ruskin University with an MBA specialising in Human Resource Management, has been an HR Professional for over 16 years. She has over 7 years experience in the Healthcare sector, 5 years experience in the Insurance sector, 6 years in Early Childhood Education and 7 years in Aviation Services.

Her wealth of knowledge in training and development began in her early years as a Preschool Educator, and carried her into the field of Human Resources, where she developed a passion for interacting with employees on a daily basis. She served on the Board of Directors at Global Missions Centre (PAWI) as the Church Board Secretary, where she trained the Youth Executives and also provided training in Career Development for youths at other churches. Ms. Joseph has trained the Board of Directors at Trinidad and Tobago Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (TTAIFA), Managers/Supervisors at Kenson Group of Companies, and provided Leadership Training at the University of Trinidad & Tobago (UTT). She has been a member of the Management Team at Trinidad and Tobago Insurance Ltd. (TATIL), ANSA Technologies Ltd. and Health Net Caribbean Ltd.

Ms. Joseph has a unique interest in Personal Development and the need for individuals to position themselves in the field in which they are called to serve. Her clientele is wide and is not limited to organizations, but includes individuals who are on a quest in line with her Company’s vision to “Develop a Better You.”
