Gerry Brooks joins the speaker line up and will lead ‘The ABCs of Great Boards’

Gerry C. Brooks joins the speaker line up at the Caribbean Corporate Governance conference.  He is  currently the Chairman of the Dispute Resolution Foundation. The former Chairman of The NGC Group of Companies and former Group COO for Ansa McAl shares with us his views on corporate governance in the Caribbean.

“Our region, the Caribbean, has tremendous potential for exponential growth. However, we are underperforming! Accelerated GDP growth and performance require a change in our business architecture, country models and re-engineering of our Board construct.”

A Professor in Practice in the area of Innovation and Entrepreneurship at UWI, he is a respected Attorney who has served four years unopposed as the Vice President of the Law Association of Trinidad and Tobago.
